What type of cookware to use on a gas stove?
My husband and I just bought a gas stove, and we’ve been noticing that our pots and pans aren’t faring well with the direct flame. Can anyone recommend a good brand of pots and pans that are safe to use with a gas range?

Any pots and pans you would use on electric can be used on gas but you may have your flame turned up too high if you are experiencing some problems. The flame should only cover the bottom of the pan and not lap out onto the sides. But if this isn’t your issue, look into higher end cookware like Analon,Caphalon or similar. Stainless steel is a great choice as well.
